La Notte degli Assi is back at the Mendrisio Casino and, for the occasion, the prestigious “Italian” tournament is back with the highest guaranteed prize pool ever seen in Switzerland! The fourth edition of La Notte degli Assi on Swiss soil has a guaranteed prize pool of no less than €300,000 against a buy-in of €550. The famous brand now makes a permanent stop in Mendrisio and never ceases to surprise, as when in 2023 La Notte degli Assi obtained all records on Swiss soil and turned out to be the best tournament ever organized in Mendrisio.
The structure of the tournament follows that of previous editions, with two Super Sat, six qualifying flight, two Day2 and a Final Day. As for the Main Event, 2 re-entries are allowed per Day1, while in the Super Sat re-entries are unlimited.
To warm up the engines of La Notte degli Assi 300’000€ GDT, the first two Super Sat events of 20 guaranteed tickets each, valid exclusively for Day1A on September 11 or Day1B on September 12, are staged on Monday, September 8 and Tuesday, September 9. The Main Event proper begins on Thursday, September 11 with Day1A, then Day1B on the 12th and Day1C on the 13th. Tickets won during the La Notte di Mendrisio tournaments that have been played since May 5, as well as tickets won during Super Sat on Sept. 8 and 9, during La Prima Notte di Mendrisio and Admiral Poker League winners, can only be played in Day1A on Sept. 11 and Day1B on Sept. 12, with no waiver possible. Qualifiers from the first three Main Event flights reappear on September 14 for Day2A, and those who manage to “survive” Day2A automatically go “in the money” for a minimum prize of €1,500 and return for the Final Day on Sunday, September 21. The second week has a similar pattern with Super Sat on Monday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 15, the last 3 qualifying flights on September 17, 18 and 19 respectively and Day2B on Saturday, September 20. Tickets up for grabs in the Super Sat on September 15 and 16 can be used exclusively in Day1D on September 17 and Day1E on September 18. The buy-in for the Main Event is 550 euros, 50,000 chip stacks and levels that go from 30 minutes in Day1 to 40 minutes in Day2 and Final Day. You can reserve your seat exclusively for Day1 of the Main Event (not for Super Sat) using the form on the site. The reservation guarantees seat availability until the start of the chosen Day1. To validate the online reservation, the buy-in must be purchased at the Admiral Poker Room cashier.
Registration for the Main Event of the Night of Aces can be made at the cash desk of the Admiral Poker Room at the Casino starting Monday, September 8. The Admiral Poker Room cash desk opens two hours before the start of each tournament. All those with Day1A/B or Day1D/E tickets may go directly to the tournament area without going through the cashier. Participants in Day2A, Day2B and Final Day are encouraged to arrive at the Casino well in advance in order to avoid queues for the parking lots and at the entrance of the casino.
