The Swiss Championship of Poker is on in Mendrisio! The Swiss Championship of Poker title will be awarded this week at the Casino Admiral.

It’s time for the Swiss Championship of Poker at the Casino Admiral in Mendrisio! From May 29 to June 3, the Admiral Poker Room will host the eighth edition of the prestigious Swiss Championship of Poker, which in previous editions has featured players from both Switzerland and neighboring Italy.

The road to bring poker players to the highly anticipated event began in February with weekly tournaments that totaled more than 1,200 attendees. On May 1, a one-day tournament was held with 204 entries, a record for the Mendrisiotto poker room, which nearly doubled the guaranteed prize pool of €20,000.

From May 29 to June 3, the Admiral Poker Room opens its doors for the €100,000 guaranteed Swiss Championship of Poker Main Event, whose registration costs €250 and includes five flights to qualify for Day2 on Sunday, June 2. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening the first three qualifying flight, then Saturday even double flight, afternoon and evening. The Final Day with winner announcement and prize presentation will be Sunday, June 3. A large turnout is expected for the Swiss-Swiss tournament, and the Admiral Casino is ready to welcome poker fans celebrating the new Swiss champion.
