The Swiss Championship of Poker is back at the Admiral Casino in Mendrisio! From May 29 to June 3, the Admiral Poker Room will host the eighth edition of the prestigious Swiss Championship of Poker, which in previous editions has seen the likes of “masters” Cesare Augusto Poggi and Fernando Rodriguez, Aris Theodoridis and Daniele Ferro excel. This time the Swiss Championship of Poker will be played all in 6 days, is the big news for 2024.
The road to the Swiss Championship of Poker in May has already started on February 7 with the usual Wednesday Road to SCOP €5,000 guaranteed events, which will accompany players until May 22. To be marked in the agenda the very important appointment with the second edition of SCOP ONE 20’000€ GTD, a tournament that will be played all in one day with 10 tickets for SCOP up for grabs, on May 1, with a buy-in of 150€, as well as the Road to SCOP appointments.
The event proper will feature both a one-day Omaha tournament and the €100,000 guaranteed Main Event.

Four-card enthusiasts will gather in the tournament area of the Admiral Poker Room on Sunday, May 26 at 3 p.m. to play the €350 buy-in side event that puts the title of Swiss Omaha champion up for grabs. The SCOP Main Event will be held from May 29 to June 3 and will have a guaranteed prize pool of €100,000, with a buy-in of €250 and, unlike previous editions, there will be five flight available to qualify for Day2 on Sunday, June 2. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening the first three qualifying flight, then Saturday even double flight, afternoon and evening. The Final Day with winner announcement and prize presentation will be Monday, June 3.
