The € 100,000 guaranteed Swiss Championship of Poker is coming back! It will return in September and for the first time the most famous Swiss poker brand will make its debut at the Casino Admiral in Mendrisio. The SCOP event will take place from 15 to 25 September. Actually, on 15 September there will be a prologue of Pot Limit Omaha, which will be presented shortly, then from 16 September the Swiss Championship proper will begin. It will be structured over two weeks. On the first three days, 16, 17 and 18 September, Day1A, Day1B and Day1C will be held respectively. Players qualified in the first three flights will meet again on Day 19 for Day2A with the aim of getting into the money. Then, SCOP will observe a one-day break and on the 21st it will resume with Day1D, followed on the 22nd and 23rd by the last two available flights, Day1E and Day1F respectively. The qualifiers of this second tranche will meet again for Day2B on Saturday 24 September. The following day, Sunday 25 September, will be the Final Day with the election of the new Swiss Poker Champion. The buy-in for this SCOP will be 250 euros, the starting stack 50,000 and the levels will increase from 30 minutes on Day1 to 40 on Day2 and Final Day. Only one re-entry will be available for each Day1 and late registration will run until the end of the 10th level, while 13 levels will be played in each Day1. All those in possession of tickets will be able to use them in the first three qualifying flights, i.e. from Day1A to Day1C. The tickets can be won during the tournaments that will take place in July and August both at the Casino in Mendrisio and at the Casino in Locarno, tournaments that will be called Road to SCOP.

From 29 August it will already be possible to purchase the buy-in for SCOP at all cash desks of the Casino Admiral in Mendrisio.
